Alerts, Reports & Export — User Guide
How Alerts Work
Alerts monitor data feeds for keywords, thresholds, or new items. When a match is found, you get notified via email, in-app, or webhook.
Creating an Alert
- Click Alerts in the sidebar, then New Alert
- Name your alert descriptively
- Select data feed(s) to monitor
- Define conditions: keyword match, threshold, or any new item
- Choose delivery method and frequency
Conditions & Filters
- Keyword matching and phrase detection
- Geographic filtering by country, region, state, or city
- Threshold conditions for numeric values
- AND/OR logic for combining conditions
- Negative filters to exclude keywords or regions
Map-Based Alerts
Draw a region on the map, then create alerts for events inside that area. Map-based alerts are a premium feature — check the pricing page to make sure your plan supports it.

- Email — All plans
- In-app — All plans
- Webhook — Premium feature. Integrates with Zapier, Make, n8n, Slack, Discord. Check the pricing page to make sure your plan supports it.
Check Frequency
Alert check frequency varies by plan — from daily checks on the free plan up to real-time checks on higher tiers. Check the pricing page for details.
Alert Limits
The number of simultaneous alerts varies by plan — from 3 on the free plan up to unlimited on higher tiers. Check the pricing page for details.
Situation Reports
Multi-pass AI intelligence briefings on topics you define. The AI scans sources, drills down into flagged areas, and assembles a structured briefing. Premium feature — check the pricing page to make sure your plan supports it. Drill-down depth and report count increase with higher tiers.
Daily Intelligence Briefing
An AI-generated morning briefing pulling from approximately 15 data sources covering global security, markets, humanitarian, cyber, and environmental developments. Free on all plans.
Area Reports
Deep-dive intelligence briefings for a specific geographic region. Highlight any area on the map, then generate a comprehensive report powered by multiple AI passes and extensive additional data. Data Export
