IMPORTANT: PLEASE READ THESE TERMS OF SERVICE CAREFULLY. BY ACCESSING OR USING THE SERVICE, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS.
ARBITRATION NOTICE AND CLASS ACTION WAIVER: EXCEPT AS SET FORTH IN SECTION 16, ALL DISPUTES BETWEEN YOU AND SITUATION DESK, LLC WILL BE RESOLVED BY BINDING, INDIVIDUAL ARBITRATION.
1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using SituationDesk, also known as SitDeck (the "Service"), operated by Situation Desk, LLC ("Company"), located at 2028 E. Ben White Blvd #240-2010, Austin, Texas 78741, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
2. Description of Service
SitDeck is a web-based dashboard that aggregates publicly available open-source intelligence (OSINT) data feeds and displays them in a customizable interface. The Service includes data feed aggregation, alert notifications, AI-powered analysis features, AI-generated situation reports, AI-generated daily briefings, and other features.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED FOR ENTERTAINMENT AND GENERAL INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service.
4. Accounts
You may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials. Contact us at sitdeck.com/contact for unauthorized access issues.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. Do not use the Service for unlawful purposes, harassment, reverse engineering, scraping, or circumventing security measures.
6. Data Sources, Accuracy, and Disclaimer
The Service aggregates data from third-party publicly available sources. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any data. You are responsible for independently verifying all content.
7. AI-Powered Features
AI Features are experimental and provided for informational purposes only. AI may produce inaccurate, misleading, or fabricated output ("hallucinations"). You must independently verify all AI output.
8. Alerts and Notifications
We do not guarantee that alerts will be delivered successfully or in a timely manner. The Service is NOT an emergency notification system.
9. Free and Paid Tiers
Free tier available with limited features. Paid subscriptions on monthly or annual terms. All fees are non-refundable.

11. Browser Compatibility
Optimized for the latest stable version of Google Chrome.
12. Intellectual Property
All content, design, code, and trademarks are owned by Situation Desk, LLC or its licensors.
13. Privacy
Subject to our Privacy Policy.
14. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.
15. Limitation of Liability
Total aggregate liability shall not exceed the greater of amounts paid in the prior 12 months or $50.00.
16. Dispute Resolution
Binding individual arbitration administered by the AAA. Class action waiver. Opt-out right within 30 days.
17. Governing Law
Governed by the laws of the State of Illinois.
18. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company from claims arising from your use of the Service.
19. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without cause.
20. General Provisions
